（二）高新技术企业、鼓励类外商投资企业、外商投资先进技术企业或者外商投资产品出口企业的法定代表人、总经理、副总经理、财务总监；应提交《高新技术企业认定证书》、《国家鼓励发展的外资项目确认书》、《外商投资先进技术企业确认证书》或《外商投资产品出口企业证书》原件及复印件

（七）由有重大突出贡献以及国家特别需要的外国人带领的工作团队外籍成员；应提交有重大突出贡献以及国家特别需要的外国人（团队带领人）的相关证明材料（如获得奖项证书、奖章、任职证明等），团队带领人的有效护照、居留证件原件及复印件，以及团队带领人出具的推荐担保函件

（十）在沪连续两次申请办理1年（含）以上工作类居留证件且无违法违规问题的；应在沪连续两次申请办理工作类居留证件、且无违法违规问题，并提交《外国人工作许可证》原件及复印件以及二维码内信息打印件照

（十二）民营企业总部的法定代表人，总经理、副总经理、财务总监；应提交市商务委颁发的《民营企业总部认定证书》
