相比于句 a，句 b 更多的的强调是没有别人的帮助，而句 c 描述的是解决这个问题是一种成就，因为正常情况下，这种问题是需要帮助的，而我是在没有帮助的情况下。

其实句 a 的可能情形有几种，一是我是在没有别人帮助的情况下解决问题的，二是我在解决这个问题的时候可能是一个人或还有其他人，三是我可能是一个人或我朋友坐在我旁边，但他们没有帮助我解决问题。

而句 b 更多的是强调没有别人的帮助，不管我旁边是否有人，因此语气较强，而句 c 的语气就最集中了。
