"分手商店"帮你搞定分手

Breaking up with someone is one of the hardest things you’ll ever have to do, but luckily, you can now outsource it to an online Canadian company called “The Breakup Shop”.

与某人分手是你不得不处理的最艰巨的事情之一，但幸运的是，现在你可以把这件事外包给加拿大一家名为“分手商店”的网络公司。

The Breakup Shop is the brainchild of Canadian brothers MacKenzie and Evan. They were also inspired by personal experience—one of the brothers got dumped by a girl.

“分手商店”是加拿大兄弟麦肯齐和伊万的创意。他们也是受到了个人经历的启发——其中一个兄弟被一名女孩抛弃。

“I think it will take time for people to realize that There’s a service called The Breakup Shop and that when you get a call from them, and they say you’ve been dumped,” MacKenzie said. “It’s obviously not pleasant, but you also got to think of it from the perspective of the other person who wants to break up. There’s a reason they reached out to us.”

麦肯齐说：“我觉得人们意识到‘分手商店’的服务还要一段时间。当你收到他们打来的电话，说你被抛弃了，显然很不爽，但你也要站在想分手的另一半的角度想一想。这就是他们找我们的原因。”

Meghan Maconochie, a teacher and amateur artist, is famous for using colored pencil shavings to create artwork. She laid the shavings on a white background to create all kinds of cool things, ranging from animals to food and portraits of famous people.

教师兼业余艺术家梅根·马克诺奇因用彩色铅笔屑来打造艺术品而闻名。她将碎屑置于白色的背景之上来打造各种炫酷作品，包括动物、食物以及名人肖像。

Meghan’s love for colored pencil shavings began when she participated in a color competition called “Nifty250” in 2014. In the competition, she created the Nifty250 logo by using the shavings from a colored pencil and was declared the winner.

梅根对彩色铅笔屑的喜爱源自2014年参加的一场名为“Nifty250”的色彩大赛。在比赛中，她用一支彩色铅笔的碎屑打造了“Nifty250”的图标，荣膺冠军。

Meghan created a photo album called “Project365”, in which she made one pencil-shaving sketch every day. Most of her artworks were about famous people, including Nelson Mandela, Steve Jobs, Audrey Hepburn, Amy Winehouse and Marilyn Monroe.

Meghan sharpened each pencil by hand, because an electric sharpener could make the shavings end up being too fine and turn to pretty much dust.
