Lobby Space Design

彰显非凡气度的大堂空间设计

在古代，大堂是帝王主持政事、宣明政教的地方，具有休息、会客、接待等功能，是一座建筑物最大或最好的空间。而在现代，写字楼大堂的代表意义同样重要。它是一栋写字楼的“面子”，也是企业给来访者的第一张“名片”，具备着极其重要的展示作用，是仅次于建筑外观的“第二形象”。

In ancient times, the lobby was the place where the emperor presided over political affairs and proclaimed politics and religion. It had functions of rest, meeting, and reception. It was the largest or best space in a building. In modern times, the representative significance of the office lobby is equally important. It is the "face" of an office building and the first "business card" of the company to visitors. It has an extremely important display function and is the "second image" second only to the appearance of the building.

设计师正是深谙这一道理，在设计之初就确定了商务、稳重和具有空间感的设计方向，所以选取了表现力十足的高级灰与治愈白的绝美搭配，作为大堂整体的主打色，让空间呈现出连贯的通透感。在保持着色彩的低调奢华属性的同时，也使得大堂看起来更具立体感、质感与视觉的想象张力。

The designer is well versed in this principle. At the beginning of the design, he determined the design direction of business, stability and sense of space. Therefore, the beautiful combination of expressive high-grade gray and healing white was selected as the main feature of the lobby as a whole. Color makes the space present a coherent and transparent feeling. While maintaining the low-key luxury attributes of colors, it also makes the lobby look more three-dimensional, texture and visual imagination tension.

大堂外景是一片怡人的自然景象，360度的观景采光，为繁杂的办公环境增添有氧生态气息。

The exterior of the lobby is a pleasant natural scene, with 360-degree viewing and daylighting, which adds aerobic and ecological atmosphere to the complex office environment.

设计师在光线的运用上也颇费心思。在温和典雅中突显优雅与尊贵的气韵，在纯净中给人以时尚而唯美的视觉体验，在灯光的衬托下，深深浅浅的灰白相间构筑了这精美绝伦的建筑空间，让大堂在彰显气派的同时，也具有艺术品般的鉴赏力。

突显品味精度的电梯设计

电梯厅绝对算得上是访客、办公人员经过的首要空间，如何将美观度、实用性相结合，突显写字楼的包容性、人文性，是不小的挑战。

The elevator hall can definitely be regarded as the primary space for visitors and office workers. How to combine aesthetics and practicality to highlight the inclusiveness and humanity of the office building is no small challenge.

设计师深谙此理，因此每层楼超高配置6部大空间电梯，并且从安全性考虑，选用国际知名品牌通力电梯，高投入、优品质双保障，最大程度彰显企业办公人性化、合理性、舒适度，让工作环境更加简单高效。

Bathroom Design

体现关怀温度的卫生间设计

最能体现一幢写字楼人性化的设计，往往是最不起眼的卫生间。的确，一个高品质的卫生间背后，藏着一颗精致的灵魂。

The most inconspicuous bathroom design can best reflect the humanized design of an office building. Indeed, behind a high-quality bathroom, there is a delicate soul hidden.

从色彩搭配看，设计师选取了庄重的深灰、治愈的象牙白分别作为墙面、地面的色调，深灰色和象牙白的色彩撞击形成鲜明对比，增加立体感。在柔和、弥漫的灯光映衬下，不仅使办公室卫生间视野开阔，暖意倍增，而且愈加清雅洁净，怡心爽神。

From the perspective of color matching, the designer chose solemn dark gray and cured ivory as the color of the wall and floor respectively.
