(1)指示代词this、that 作主语时，be动词和后面的名词均用单数形式；指示代词these、those 作主语时，be动词和后面的名词均用复数形式。

. This is a map and those are books. 这是一幅地图，那些是书。

(2)回答主语是this 或 that 的问句时，在答语中常用it来代替问句中的this或that;回答主语是these或those的问句时，在答语中常用they 来代替问句中的these或those。

—Is this your pencil？这是你的铅笔吗？

—Yes,it is.是的，它是。

—What are these?这些是什么？

—They are oranges.它们是橙子。

指示代词用法

考向2--指示代词使用时的注意事项

①在介绍某人时，用this、that、these或those而不用he、she 或they。

Tom，this is my sister，Alice.汤姆，这是我的妹妹艾丽斯。

These are my good friends.这些是我的好朋友。②在电话用语中，常用this指代自己，that指代对方。

—Who is that?你是谁？

—This is Kate speaking.我是凯特。

特别提醒

this、that、these、those 也可作限定词修饰名词，此时名词前不能用冠词或形容词性物主代词。

That bike is black.那辆自行车是黑色的。

These flowers are beautiful.这些花儿很漂亮。

考向3 指示代词的句型转换

♥一个句子中，如果主语是"this/that/these/those 名词”，则该句子常可变换成指示代词作主语的句子。

· This picture is Sally's. =This is Sally's picture.这是萨莉的照片。

Those dogs are my cousin's. =Those are my cousin's dogs.那些是我堂哥的狗。

♥单数句变复数句的规则。

(1)this 变 these,that 变 those;

(2)be动词is变成 are;

(3)可数名词单数变为复数；

(4)不定冠词a/an 要去掉。

This is a cat.这是一只猫。（变为复数句)

→These are cats.这些是猫。

.That is an eraser.那是一块橡皮。（变为复

数句）

→Those are erasers.那些是橡皮。

语法二——可数名词的单复数

①一般情况下，表示“一个”的概念时用可数名词的单数形式。

.I am a teacher.我是一名教师。

.This is a ruler.这是一把直尺。

. My father is 36 years old.我的爸爸36岁。②"the/a/an 可数名词单数”可以表示一类人或物。

A child needs love.孩子需要爱。

.I like the panda.我喜欢熊猫。

考向2-可数名词复数的用法

表示”两个“或”多个"的概念时，用可数名词的复数形式。可数名词复数也可表类指。在含有be动词的一般现在时的句子中，可数名词复数作主语时，be动词用are。

本句为倒装句,正常语序为"Two nice photos of my family are here."

Here is/are...这儿是……；这里有……

用于介绍某人或某物。该句型为倒装结构，主语为is/are 后的名词（短语）。因此，谓语动词的单复数形式取决于后面名词（短语）的数。

·Here is my jacket.这是我的夹克衫。

· Here are some ideas to help you.这儿有一些可以帮助你的主意。

特别提醒:

以here开头的句子中，如果句子的主人是人称代词，则主谓不用倒装。

Here he comes.他来了

介词短语开头的倒装句：

In the next picture are my brothers, Bob and Eric.下—张照片中有我的兄弟，鲍勃和埃里克。

In the next picture：介词短语

are：be动词

my brothers：主语

Bob and Eric：同位语

正常语序为"My brothers，Bob and Eric, are in the next picture."。有时为了强调地点，而把表示地点的介词短语置于句首，从而构成倒装。

.On the playground are the teachers and students.老师和学生在操场上。

. At the end of the street is a post office. 街道的尽头是一家邮局。

Tip:以介词短语开头的倒装句，谓语动词要和后面的主语保持一致哟！
