同样表示“坚韧力”，stamina和endurance有何不同

昨天听到一个问题：毅力，坚韧力，英语如何翻译？我脑子里第一个蹦出来的词是Stamina ，但随即又想到另一个词endurance。二者都为英语常用词，但内中有何差异？今天和您说说这个问题。先来看一下两个词在Collins中的解释：

我个人的理解：

stamina侧重于身体方面，尤其以身体素质，肌肉等的耐力而言。

Endurance侧重于精神方面，多指“有那个精神上的韧劲儿，百折不挠的精神”。
