重阳节来历和节日风俗英文（用英语介绍重阳节的起源和习俗）

今天是中国的传统节日重阳节，和大多数传统节日一样，重阳节也有古老的传说。

01、吃重阳糕

在这一天，人们会吃九层糕。在中国文化中，“糕”与“高”同音，所以吃糕也代表了“登高”的意思，祝愿百事俱高。重阳糕没有固定的样式，通常会做成九层，看起来像一座塔一样。

02、登高
