We should pursue harmony between man and nature.

我们要维持地球生态整体平衡，让子孙后代既能享有丰富的物质财富，又能遥望星空、看见青山、闻到花香。

We should maintain the overall balance of Earth's ecology, so that the starry sky, lush mountains and floral fragrance will be retained for our future generations who enjoy material prosperity at the same time.

We should pursue the prosperity based on green development.

绿水青山就是金山银山，改善生态环境就是发展生产力。

Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets and improving ecological environment is increasing productivity.

We should foster a passion for nature-caring lifestyle.

我们要倡导简约适度、绿色低碳的生活方式，拒绝奢华和浪费，形成文明健康的生活风尚。

We should embrace simple, moderate, green and low-carbon ways of life, and reject extravagance and waste of resources, making the idea of ecological and environmental conservation the mainstream culture in society.

We should pursue a scientific spirit in ecological governance.

生态治理必须遵循规律，科学规划，因地制宜，统筹兼顾，打造多元共生的生态系统。

Ecological governance should follow the law of nature and make scientific planning, while taking into consideration local conditions and a holistic approach to create a diversified ecological system of co-existence.

我们应该追求携手合作应对。

We should join hands to tackle environmental challenges.

唯有携手合作，我们才能有效应对气候变化、海洋污染、生物保护等全球性环境问题，实现联合国2030年可持续发展目标。

Only with concerted efforts can we effectively deal with global environmental issues such as climate change, marine pollution and biological protection, and achieve the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development goals.

北京世园会级别多高？

世界园艺博览会分为A1、A2、B1、B2四个类别。北京世园会是最高级别A1类。

本次世园会是目前我国级别最高、规模最大的国际性博览会。

The International Horticultural Exhibition 2019 Beijing is the highest-level and largest international fair held in China after the International Horticultural Exhibition held in the southwestern city of Kunming in 1999, the 2010 Shanghai World Expo and the first China International Import Expo in 2018.

这是继1999年昆明世园会、2010年上海世博会和2018年首届中国国际进口博览会之后，我国举办的级别最高、规模最大的国际性博览会。

110个国家和国际组织参展，对外展览162天，1200种新优品种植物。

More than 20,000 plants spanning 1,000 types from across the world will be showcased at the Plant Pavilion at the Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition, or the Beijing Expo, offering a visual feast to visitors, local officials said.

当地官员表示，北京世园会上将展出来自全球的1000种花卉植物，共计超过2万株，给游客奉上一场视觉盛宴。

Exotic flowers and herbs from home and abroad will be displayed during the exhibition, organizers said.

组织方说，世园会期间将展出来自国内外的多种花卉和草本植物。

"We have selected more than 1,000 flowers from abroad, which adapt to Beijing's climate and have high ornamental value," said Yu Xuebin, deputy general manager of Beijing Landscape and Forestry Group.

北京市园林绿化集团副总经理于学斌说：“我们已经挑选了来自国外的一千多种花卉，这些花卉都适应北京的气候，而且有很高的观赏价值。”

闭幕后，超大园区怎么办？

北京世园会核心园区面积503公顷。世园局有关负责人表示，整个园区的后续利用方案有：

第一，适当保留场馆，发展休闲好去处。

第二，助力冬奥，让园区发挥更大作用。园区所在地延庆，同时也是2022年冬奥会、冬残奥会的三大赛区之一。

第三，带动区域和产业发展。

After the exhibition, the public space will be preserved to develop local tourism and horticulture, according to Ye Dahua, deputy head of the bureau. It will also be a leisure area for local residents and a new attraction for tourists to enjoy floral sightseeing tours, he said.

北京世界园博会事务协调局副局长叶大华说，世园会闭幕后，公共区域将保存下来，发展当地旅游业和园艺。这里也将成为当地居民的休闲空间，并成为吸引游客前来赏花的新景点。
