《The Mermaid and the Octopus》人鱼公主和章鱼

小朋友们知道章鱼有几条触手吗？今天的故事里大坏蛋章鱼想要抓走美人鱼，可是他也太贪心了吧。他想要先喝掉美人鱼茶杯里的茶，小点心，还想要美人鱼的珍珠项链和皇冠。当他的八个触手里都拿着东西的时候，他才发现，他根本就没有多余的手用来抓住人鱼公主了。贪小便宜，最终让他失去了抓住公主的机会。

《The Mermaid and the Octopus》人鱼公主和章鱼

A mermaid was having tea. An octopus saw her.

有一只美人鱼，正在享用她的下午茶。然后她被一只大章鱼盯上了。

The octopus had lots of arms. "I'm going to get you!" he said.

章鱼有很多的触手。章鱼恶狠狠地说：“我一定要抓到你！”

"Do you want a cup of tea, too?" asked the mermaid.

“你也想要喝杯茶吗？”美人鱼问。

"Yes," said the octopus and he took it.

“额，好吧。来一杯。” 章鱼回答道，然后他还喝起了茶。

"Do you want a spoom?" asked the mermaid.

“那，你需要勺子吗？”美人鱼问。

"Yes," said the octopus and he took the spoon. He took the teapot, too.

“是的，”章鱼说着拿起了勺子。他还拿起了茶壶。

"Do you want a bun?" asked the mermaid.

“你还想来点儿小面包吗？”美人鱼问。

"Yes," said the octopus. He took two.

“好吧。”章鱼回答着，然后它又拿来了两个小面包。

"Do you want my beads and my crown?" asked the mmermaid.

"那你想不想要我的珍珠项链和皇冠呢？"美人鱼又问。

"Yes," said the octopus and he took them.

“好呀”贪心的章鱼再次拿起了美人鱼的珍珠项链和皇冠。

"Do you want my chair,too?" asked the mermaid.

“你要不要我的椅子呀？”没人问还在提问题。

The octopus took the chair.

于是章鱼又拿到了美人鱼的椅子。

The octopus dropped the cup of tea. He dropped the spoon and the teapot. He dropped the two buns, the beads, the crown and the chair.

章鱼终于反应过来了，于是他扔掉了茶杯，扔掉了手里的勺子和茶壶。他又扔掉了两个小面包，珍珠项链和皇冠，还有一把椅子。

He said,"Now I'm going to get you." But the mermaid had gone!

他凶狠地说：“现在，我要抓住你。”但是这个时候美人鱼早就跑远了。
