痔疮是一种十分常见的疾病，在我们的生活中有很多男男女女都会得此病，而其中发病率最多的则是混合痔，而混合痔则是内痔和外痔的统称，临床常见便血，痔块脱垂，疼痛，瘙痒等。

The conditionis mainly caused by improper diet, excessive consumption of alcohol,stimulation from pungent,spicy,raw or cold food, irregular quantity of food intake, overly-casual lifestyle, sedentariness, prolonged standing, excessive sexual intercourse, long-term constipation, pregnancy and parturition, compression by abdominal tumor, etc.

目前对痔的认识已基本统一，I、II期痔适宜对症治疗，一般予清热祛风，凉血收敛之剂，如消痔膏，痔疮栓外塞，内服药即可改善痔的症状；

At present, the understanding of hemorrhoids has basically been unified.Symptomatic treatment is suited for patientswith first- and second-degree hemorrhoids. III、IV期痔多宜采取手术治疗，如痔结扎切除术，以阻断痔的血供，促使痔核的脱落，外用中药熏洗等以促使创面愈合。

Patients with third- and fourth-degreehemorrhoids are advised to undergo surgical treatment such as hemorrhoid ligation and excision to block the blood supply of the hemorrhoids and prompt the shedding of the hemorrhoid nuclei.External Chinese medicine isused to fumigate and wash the wound to promote healing.

良好的生活习惯养成，每天定时排便，选择时间相对固定，排便时不要看书玩手机等，每次排便时间不能太长，每日清洗肛门一次。

Form healthy living habits. Set a relatively regular time each day to defecate.Do not do things such as read books or play with mobile phones during defecation.Duration of each defecation should not be too long.The anus should be cleaned once a day.

饮食上平时以蔬菜、水果和粗粮等清淡高纤维食物为主，每天多喝水。

Eat more light, high-fiberfoods such asvegetables, fruits and whole grains,and drink plenty of water every day.

肛门温水坐浴可以缓解肛门瘙痒等不适，同时进行提肛、放松等动作。

A tepid sitz bathcan relieve itching and other discomforts.Lift and relaxthe anusduring the bath.

工作时避免长时间坐着不动，以免增加腹压，每过一小时建议站起来活动活动，但也不能久站，平时多参加体育活动，生活要有规律，心情要愉悦。

Avoid sedentary positions during worktoprevent increase of abdominal pressure. Getting up every hour to move about is recommended. Prolongedstanding should also be avoided. Play sports, have a regular daily routine, and stay happy.
