德普家暴前妻现状（德普扬言烧死前妻）

之前的德普家暴案闹得沸沸扬扬，现在德普告《太阳报》诽谤的官司又开始了！

而且他还反控告了前妻希尔德诽谤和家暴！？

之前《太阳报》就曾发过文章说德普家暴妻子，并表示有非常充足的证据可以证明。

但德普完全否认了这种说法，也因此这次将其告上了法庭。

开庭当天，德普和希尔德都现身伦敦高等法院。

此外还有为德普作证的两位前任：Vanessa Paradis和Winona Ryder。

她们俩的证词都称德普是一个温柔善良的人，绝不可能会对伴侣使用暴力。

那么这次开庭，到底都提到了些什么呢？？

首先是关于毒品。

对于希尔德的指控，德普承认了自己吸毒的行为，并表示自己很年轻的时候就开始吸毒。

因为童年经历并不幸福，因此他会通过毒品来缓解自己的痛苦。

在承认自己经常服用“人类已知的每一种毒品”后，德普回答说：“我的酒精和毒品体验从很小的时候就开始了。那时家庭生活不是特别稳定、不安全，家里有很多不愉快的事情。”

After admitting that he had regularly taken 'every drug known to man', Depp replied: 'My experience of alcohol and stimulants began at a very young age. It was not a particularly stable or safe home life, there was a lot of unpleasantness in the house.'

他补充道：“我记得我母亲过去常常让我去拿她的神经药丸。11岁左右，我突然意识到这些药丸可以安抚你的神经，我就把它们带回家吃了一片。这就是我唯一能使疼痛麻木的开始。”

He added: 'I remember my mother used to ask me to get her nerve pills. Around the age of 11 it dawned on me that these pills calm your nerves and I brought them home and took one. That began what was the only way to numb the pain.'

并且在年轻时，他还曾和玛丽莲·曼森还有保罗·贝坦尼等名人一起吸毒。

同时，他还承认了曾给当时年仅13岁的女儿莉莉罗丝提供过大麻。

不过他解释说自己并没有鼓励这种行为，而且当时有和女儿的母亲商量过这件事。

他现在的态度是“自己已经没有使用毒品和药物了，并且一定不会向别人推荐这类东西”。

而且即便是自己曾经有吸毒的行为，他认为这跟家暴又是两回事，他表示自己受过的教育让自己绝不会干出这种事。

今天，他站在证人席上，否认曾打过希尔德，而这是一系列报纸所报道过的，并表示他“无法想象”会打女人，理由是他在南方长大，且认为骑士精神“非常重要”。

Today, he took to the stand to deny ever hitting Heard, as a series of newspaper stories alleged, and said it was 'inconceivable' that he would ever hit a woman, citing his Southern upbringing and saying he considers chivalry 'very important'.

他说：“在任何情况下，任何时候，我都不会打女人，这是我道德准则中强烈且核心的一部分。我觉得这简直是不可想象的，而且永远不会发生。”

He said: 'It is a strong and central part of my moral code that I would never strike a woman, under any circumstances, at any time. I find it simply inconceivable and it would never happen.'

此外，希尔德还在庭上提供了偷录的“德普有暴力倾向”的视频。

视频里，德普看起来像是喝醉了，在厨房里一直打砸着橱柜，还似乎是扔出了一个酒瓶。

德普承认自己当时是在发脾气，但完全没有伤害到希尔德。

就喝酒这个问题，庭上又提问了德普每个月2.4万英镑的红酒开销，不过德普却表示酒也不都是自己喝的。

而且他还反复提到了帮他戒酒的埃尔顿·约翰。

但庭上还出现了一个新的消息，那就是德普和复联里“幻视”的扮演者Paul Bettany的短信被曝光。

短信内容相当劲爆，大家可以自行感受一下。

对此，德普本来还否认自己侮辱过希尔德的性向等等，但短信曝光后他都承认了这些内容。

但总之，德普还是不承认自己有暴力倾向，也不承认自己家暴。

并且，他还提供了一系列的证据，证明自己才是那个被家暴的受害者。

在否认家暴希尔德的同时，他还对她进行了猛烈的攻击，指责她是一个“狡猾的、自恋的反社会者”，为了事业的发展而嫁给了他。

While denying attacking Heard he also launched a blistering attack on her, accusing her of being a 'calculating, narcissistic sociopath' who married him to further her career.

accuse of有“谴责、控告”的意思，accuse sb of sth的意思就是“指控某人做了某事”。其近义词有condemn、denounce。

首先德普表示，希尔德嫁给自己都是为了名和利。

当时两人因为《莱姆酒日记》这部电影相识，后来当他们在宣传这部电影时，德普又和她重新取得了联系。

德普说当时希尔德对他非常友好，而且经常会聊到她分手的事情。

“如果我当时知道了现在的一切，我就会感觉到红旗警示的信号，但我没有。她很漂亮，似乎对我和我的作品非常感兴趣，我也沉迷于其中。她用看似是爱的东西轰炸了我。”

其次，德普说他们曾经找过婚姻顾问，而这名顾问向他证实，希尔德患有“边缘型、极强的自恋型人格障碍，是一个反社会的人”。

他说希尔德不仅会对他进行言语侮辱，骂他是“肥老头子”，甚至还会打他。

get away from的意思是“避免、摆脱、逃离”，可表达相近意思的还有escape、emerge、shed、slip等。

除了暴力倾向，德普的律师还称希尔德在婚内曾经出过轨，还不止一次，对象有埃隆·马斯克还有詹姆斯·弗兰科。

到2016年，德普发现希尔德竟然在他们的床上大便（这是什么操作！？），于是他提出了离婚。

一开始她还试图推脱这是两人养的狗狗干的，但后来她对物业经理承认了这只是个“无关紧要的恶作剧”而已。

总之，两人的证词都互不相让，但案件还没有结束。

之后几天，两人都会继续出庭作证，最后总会有一个结果的，我们现在能做的只是静静等待。
