海外学历认证期限（避免加拿大学历无法认证）

问：我家孩子目前高中在读，看重加拿大优质的教育资源和较为安全的生活环境，未来有去加拿大读本科的打算。想请问一下，想就读加拿大本科，听中介说有的私立高校师资强大，教学质量也不错，那么，我们该怎么避免选到不靠谱的高校呢？

答：作为北美留学的另一个热门国家，加拿大的高等教育总体上保持着较高的水平，而且较留学美国而言，费用也要节省不少，也因此吸引着一批又一批来自全球的国际学生前往求学和深造，但和其他国家相比，加拿大的高等教育体系有着明显的区别和特点。看来您和孩子对加拿大本科不甚了解，这次，我们就来讲讲加拿大留学选择学校的前期准备工作，避免落入一些留学陷阱。

一、 加拿大高等教育体系与众不同

3.就读私立学校 回国无法接受认证

另外，加拿大各省还有很多私立学校，一般只获得所在省的教育厅认可，允许其设校招生，但不被全国的大学协会接受。也就是说，出了该省就无法取得认可，就更别说受到国际承认了。

据不完全统计，目前，在加拿大以公司形式注册的私立学校数以千计，其专业、学科设置和师资配备等尚无有效监管，因此，提醒中国学生申请加拿大学校时，一定要谨慎，以免选错学校，将来回国后学历无法得到承认。

所以打算去加拿大留学的学生及家长，最好在选学校之前先查一下准备就读的学校是否被我国教育部所承认。

为了方便大家，在此，我们按照各省的划分，把我国教育部最新已经认可学历的高校展示出来，提供给大家来查询，详见附录。

二、 师姐有话说

有了这份学校列表，首先，大家可以自行核对查找心仪的学校是否在认证学校范围之内，而不会被不良中介机构随意诱导，即使他们把一些私立大学吹得天花乱坠，也不能轻信承诺。如果未来决定移民加拿大，另当别论，但如果计划以后回国发展的同学，始终不要忘记，就读我国教育部认可的学校，对今后相关学历认证和就业都有帮助，而不要选错学校，耽误就业。

第二，由于我国教育部会不定期更新加拿大认证高校，所以有些曾经认可的加拿大高校学历也可能因为该校出现问题或者其他原因，而从认证高校中被删除，但个别留学中介机构因前期与这些高校有过合作，而继续给学生和家长沿用旧的认证高校名单，这样就会造成实际上该校学历已经不能回国被认证的局面，给学生和家长带来极大的困扰。

再者，虽然我国教育部已经公示出可以进行学历认证的加拿大的大学和学院，不过，这个信息也会不定期更新，有的学校会被增减，需要及时关注我国教育涉外监管信息网动态。

另外，即使是出现在公示的认证学校列表中，也不代表就一定是优质的学校。加拿大每所高校都有其不同的历史、文化、传统、特长等背景，大家不能仅仅凭借其是否列入监管名单就轻易判断优劣，而是要通过正规渠道在名单中多了解学校各方面的数据和信息，优中选优。
