题前话：

转述人们的一般认识或说的话时，我们要用到“非人称转述结构”，它有主动形式、被动形式等多种变形，动词以“say, know, believe, claim, suppose, think, fear, predict”为多见，以think为例，列举如下：

①People think that从句.

②They think that从句.

③It is thought that从句.

④Somebody is thought to do….

⑤Somebody is thought to have done….

⑥Somebody is thought to be doing….

典型题目解析：

1. It is said that dolphins are very friendly animals.

= Dolphins are said to be very friendly animals.

转述的动作或状态(be very friendly animals)发生于转述(即is said)的同一时间或还未发生，不定式用一般式，即：to do的形式。

2. It is reported that the plane was hijacked.

= The plane is reported to have been hijacked.

因为转述的动作(was hijacked)发生在转述(is reported)之前，所以不定式用完成时，即：to have done的形式。

3. It is said that he is studying abroad now.

= He is said to be studying abroad now.

转述的动作(is studying)正在发生，不定式用进行式，即：to be doing的形式。

特别提醒：

若主句谓语是insist, command, order, suggest, propose, advise, urge, demand, require, request, ask等特殊动词是，从句需用should do或do两种固定形式，即：虚拟语气。如：

It has been suggested that measures should be taken at once.

= It has been suggested that measures be taken at once.

= Measures have been suggested to be taken at once.

= People have suggested that measures should be taken at once.

= People have suggested that measures be taken at once.

= They have suggested that measures should be taken at once.

= They have suggested that measures be taken at once.
