管理科学学派的主导思想

这一学派的理论与泰罗的科学管理理论实际上属于同一-思想体系，但它又不是泰罗理论的简单延续，而是在它的基础上有新的发展。

区别于科学管理理论的主要特点:

①以经济效果好坏作为评价标准。
