构成方式：动词be（am/is/are）、have(have/has)和行为动词用原形;主语为单数第三人称时，谓语动词也要相应地变成第三人称单数。

1、一般现在时的用法：当不带感情色彩地叙述现在发生的动作本身时，用一般现在时。

(1)用于叙述现阶段经常性或习惯性的动作，常与often, always, sometimes, every day, on Sundays等表示频度的时间状语连用。
