上次已经介绍了政府补贴下的集中决策模型的求解,今天学习政府补贴下的分散决策模型(R 模型)的求解。

在政府补贴,零售商承担CSR行为时,制造商、零售商和社会福利的效用函数为:

同样采用逆向归纳法求解,首先对零售商效用函数中的价格p求一阶偏导并令其为0,可得到最优销售价格。将最优销售价格代入到制造商效用函数中,求产品批发价格和单位产品碳排放量的海瑟矩阵HR,HR大于0,为负定,则代表产品批发价格和单位产品碳排放量有极大值。对其求一阶偏导并令其为0,可得出最优值函数,继而得出最优销售价格函数。再将最优销售价格代入到社会福利效用函数中,求最优碳补贴排放的值。

基于以上计算,将最后得出的最优碳补贴排放的值代入到上述过程中求得的最优产品批发价格、最优单位产品碳排放量和最优销售价格函数中,可得到最优决策。

The optimal sales price is obtained by first taking the first-order partial derivative of the price p in the retailer's utility function and making it zero. The optimal sales price is then substituted into the manufacturer's utility function to find the Hessian matrix HR of the wholesale price of the product and the carbon emissions per unit of the product. The optimal value function can be derived by taking the first order partial derivative and making it zero, which in turn leads to the optimal sales price function. The optimal sales price is then substituted into the social welfare utility function to find the value of optimal carbon allowance emissions.

Based on the above calculations, the optimal carbon allowance emissions are then substituted into the optimal wholesale price, optimal carbon emissions per unit of product and optimal sales price functions obtained in the above process to obtain the optimal decision.
