Weird means something or some behavior(行为) is very strange, which makes you feel uneasy(不自在的). It has a totally negative connotation(隐含意义). Only can be used when something really shocked you or made you very uncomfortable(不舒服的).

Strange means something or some behavior is unusual(不寻常的). Can mean weird, not familiar to you. It is not as negative as weird, but still shows negative connotation.

Strange是奇怪的、陌生的意思。语气比weird舒缓，但传达的仍然是消极、贬义的情感。

Example:

He spoke some strange words, and we can't understand why he said in that way.

Odd means something or some behavior is just out of the ordinary(平常的、自然的). A weaker form of strange and weird. Something that is not normal, but not as strong as Weird and Strange.

Odd是由于事情不正常导致的奇怪。语气偏中性，不带个人情感色彩，只是客观描述事情或事物不正常。比weird以及strange的语气舒缓的多。

Example:

The data looks odd, it is out of our expectation, and we can't explain it.

数据看起来不正常，超出了我们的预期，我们无法解释。

Awkward means some behavior is not only odd but also embarrassing(尴尬的). It is usually used in a situation where something happened and nobody wants to talk about it.

Awkward是尴尬的意思。本身没有奇怪的意思。是由于事物或事情不合适导致当事人感觉不舒服、氛围尴尬。

Example:

It is awkward and I don't know how I should say, but can you lend me some money?

我好尴尬，不知如何开口，你能借我点钱吗？
