聪明的人都懂得与人交流（人与人相处之道）

人们都明白我们每个人都是一个个独立的伟大生命个体，我们每个人也都拥有着一个自由的善良灵魂。我们应该尊重这个世界上存在着的任何一个独立的自由灵魂。

世上千人有千种相貌和模样，万人也有万种脾气和性格，一亿人会有一亿种不同的活法。每个人的生命都具有与众不同的独特性，所以也许人们在某些方面是与彼此完全不相同甚至是相反的，但我们可以尽我们最大的努力去欣赏，理解和支持他们。我们要好好学会和懂得如何更好地用更正确的方式，去帮助别人并成就他们。

事实上，生活中成就他人在某种意义上也是成就我们自己。人们可以一起团结协作，努力工作。有时候一起工作比单独工作效果要更好，在做事过程中也更有效率，最后会有更大的成功可能性。

Every person has a free soul. We should respect any independent soul in the world. Maybe people are totally different with each other, but we can try our best to appreciate and understand them. Let us learn and know how to help others well. People can work hard together. Sometimes working together is better than working alone.

而且有些时候和别人相处需要一种幽默感。我们都希望在生活中互相之间保持一个良好友善的长期关系。那么人们应该尊重他们彼此之间的差异。我们可以坚持自己的兴趣和喜好，但与此同时，也要尊重别人不同的兴趣和喜好。

And getting along with other people needs a sense of humor. We all would like to have a good long-term relationship in life. Then people should respect the differences between them. 每个人从出生开始一直在不同的环境中成长，发展和生活，所以我们每个人都会有不同的思维方式与生活方式，和不同的个人偏好与不同的角度和立场。我们都知道，在这个世界上没有颜色和形状完全相同的两片叶子，所以人与人之间也一定是有一些差异存在。

人们的修养越高，心胸越开阔，视野越长远，也就越懂得尊重自己与他人的差异，也更懂得包容他人与自己的不同之处。请永远不要根据自己的个人标准来评价和判断别人的好与恶，对或错。这个世界有时并不是那么简单的非黑即白，也不是那么肤浅的非对即错。
