It is often said that there are three things in this world that cannot be hidden: poverty, cough and love.

The importance of money is self-evident, we all want to live a wealthy life, but the reality of life is that many people for meager wages to work hard, but in the end the more busy the poorer.

As noted entrepreneur Kazuo Inamori said:

"The poorer a person is, the more limited his thinking is, the less prioritized he is, and he tends to waste his precious time on unworthy tasks."

In real life, the poorer people tend to be, the more generous they are in these four areas.

There was a colleague at the company who said:

看到别人的口红好看,就想集齐一整套;

See other people's lipstick looks good, want to collect a set;

看到别人用的护肤品效果好,自己也立马就去下单了一套;

Seeing the good effect of skin care products used by others, I immediately went to order a set.

Buying the latest iPhone in installments so as not to be outdone by the people around you...

Her desire for material pursuits is rolling like a snowball.

I was curious and asked her:

"Can your salary support your consumption?"

She said bluntly:

"How is that possible? My makeup, my skin care products, my clothes, my bags, everything is of the best quality. I now live on credit cards or money from my parents every month."

I remember that there was a survey published online, and the results showed that:

花呗的90后用户占了总用户40%多;

Huabei's post-90s users account for more than 40% of its total users.

信用卡用户呈现年轻化趋势,90后和00后占比40%左右;

Credit card users tend to be younger, with those born in the 1990s and 2000s accounting for about 40%.

申卡年龄小于30岁的用户,占比达到近70%;

Users who apply for cards under the age of 30 accounted for nearly 70%;

90后的负债额是其月收入的18.5倍,负债在亚洲同龄人中排名第一;

The post-1990 generation's debt is 18.5 times their monthly income, the highest among their Peers in Asia.

More than 60 percent of young people earn a few thousand yuan a month, but their consumption seems to exceed 10,000 yuan a month.

On the outside, he's got no idea how much money he owes.

I have seen a round Table School, in which three teachers, Jiang Fangzhou, Wu Zhihong and Liang Wendao, analyzed the consumption concept of contemporary people.

Teacher Dou Wentao explained the living conditions of contemporary young people in one sentence:

invisible impoverished people

The bill goes out the crematorium.

This is the legacy of reckless consumption.

At the beginning of my career, I made a lot of preparation because I wanted to get more valuable certificates.

I spent a lot of money and energy to choose excellent courses, bought a lot of textbooks, pens, notebooks, and even bought a tablet computer for easy study.

While buying these things, I fantasized:

After getting the things, I must make a strict schedule, every day free time must be fully arranged, enthusiasm is unprecedented high.

But the reality is this:

I feel exhausted after work every day. Every time I go home and lie in bed, I just want to play with my mobile phone. My tablet computer is specially used for watching TV dramas.

When I signed up for the exam, I thought that I might be able to pass it if I made a surprise attack before the exam.

In the end, I didn't get any of the certificates I wanted, and the money just went down the drain.

The list goes on:

听别人说哪本书写得好,适合自己,就立马买来,但好几年过去了还没看;

You buy a book when someone tells you it's a good one, but you don't read it for years.

看到别人减肥成功了,就立马花大价钱给自己办了一张健身卡,但一年过去了都没用过几次;

Seeing others lose weight successfully, I immediately spent a lot of money to buy a gym membership for myself, but a year has passed without using it several times;

听别人说哪个护肤品质量好,就立马也给自己买了一套,但摆在那里一直懒得去用;

Listening to others say that which skin care products are of good quality, I immediately buy a set for myself, but I have been too lazy to use it.

……

In fact, most of the unnecessary anxiety in our lives is because we want to be someone else.

Lao Tzu once said, "He who knows others is wise, and he who knows himself is wise."

If a person doesn't know who he or she is and invests in himself or herself blindly, he or she will fall on your face.

Inamori said:

"The poorer a person is, the more limited his thinking is, the less prioritized he is, and he tends to waste his precious time on unworthy tasks."

I feel the same way.

Some people know that "time is money" and they will do more meaningful and valuable things with their limited time.

Such as immersed in work or study all day, busy up, so that every minute of their lives are enriched, benefited a lot.

This is exactly what Edison said:

"Life is too short, there's too much to do, and there's not a second to lose."

And some people feel that they have more time, waste a little bit of it doesn't matter.

Such people think that a short life, if not carpe dieu, will not waste the world?

They hold the attitude of "today is drunk, I sing I laugh like a dream" and spend most of their time playing.

Of course, time would have done the two fairly different things:

第一种人,用自己珍惜时间,辛苦劳动换来了累累硕果,他们也会以此为豪;

The first kind of people, with their precious time, hard work for fruitful, they will be proud of it;

The second kind of people, who go through a busy day and do nothing, end up with nothing, and the days get harder and harder, leaving only endless regrets.

Buffett also said: "Time is the friend of the wise and the enemy of the mediocre."

We are all given the same amount of time.

If a person is generous in his enjoyment and spends a lot of time, it means that he has less time to spend on his study and work, and the result of the two is predictable.

Life is like a marathon, most of the time need to "endure", this is a painful and patient process.

And a lot of people's poor, in fact, are not lost in "endure".

Do you also think, compromise, compromise, in fact, the world is pretty beautiful?

In fact, every time you compromise, you're doomed to get what you don't want when you lower your standards to make it easier to get what you want.

Compromise is simple, just go with the flow.

It's good to muddle along when a monk knocks the bell.

But when you're down and out, you just hate yourself for being weak and weak.

Read a group of famous comics:

A group of people carrying a heavy cross were walking along. In the picture, a wise man cut his cross to make it easier to carry.

After a while, he felt a little tired again, so he cut another piece.

In this way, he easily surpassed them all.

However, there was a deep and wide ravine ahead of him. He stopped in front of it, scratching his head and not knowing how to get across.

By this time, those who had been overtaken by him were slowly catching up, and he saw some people with a cross on their back on the ravine, and quickly walked across.

He wanted to follow suit, but his cross had been sawed off so much that it was too short to use...

It was his repeated compromises that destroyed him.

Wang Xiaobo once said:

"One of the biggest headaches you have when you're young is deciding what to do with your life. In short, everything is fine, but to do well, that is where human value and dignity lie."

People live, really can not easily compromise.

Most of the time, you think it's just a compromise, but it can actually damage you for life.

The pursuit of life is perfect, on the way forward, you are a transformer, is a hundred poison invasion, is tireless, you can get the wealth you want.

Jack Ma once said:

"Think of a thousand paths at night, wake up in the morning and follow the same path."

In fact, the gap between people is not so big, the difference is between people, thinking, pattern, vision, vision.

However, if ordinary people want to change their current situation, they must first get rid of the above four "generous" behaviors, and the sooner they get rid of them, the better.
