一些常用句～

1. 你是哪里人？

Where are you from?

2. 你的护照号是什么？

What is your passport number?

3. 你是在上海生活（工作、上学等）吗？如果是，请问你住在上海哪里？

Do you live in Shanghai for work, travel, or school ?

If yes, please tell me your current living address? If possible, please write it down?

4. 你有没有量体温？如果是，最高体温多少？有没有咳嗽？

Did you measure your body temperature? If yes, what’s your highest body temperature? Did you cough（烤麸）？

5. 身边有没有已经确诊或者可能是新冠病毒的病人？如果有，你们是什么关系？有没有接触过？最后一次接触是什么时候？

9. 请主动在家隔离14天，勤洗手，不聚集

Please quarantine（括人厅） yourself at home for 14 days, wash your hands frequently, and do not gather
