为加强家校间的交流与合作，达成教育共识，总结当下，展望未来，7月8日，华美外国语学校以“一切为了孩子 为了一切孩子”为主题，举行了温馨而美好的家委会学期工作总结会。

On July 8th, Huamei Foreign Language School held a warm and beautiful summary meeting on the semester work of the Family Committee with the theme of "All for Children, For all Children ".

首先，王满英校长对家委们长期为学校的发展献计献策、奉献爱心，为学生和学校服务任劳任怨致以衷心的感谢。

Principal Wang Manying expressed his heartfelt thanks to the family members for their long-term suggestions and love for the development of the school and their hard work in serving the students and the school.

王校长表示，家委会是学校联系广大学生家长的桥梁和纽带，建设家委会，对于建立学校、家庭与社会教育协同机制，提高家长的教育素养和家庭教育水平，具有重要意义。她希望各位家委认真履行职责，积极配合、支持学校，为学校的发展建言献策，为更好地培养孩子，进一步提高学校的办学水平共同努力。

The Family Committee is the bridge and link between the school and the parents of students. The construction of the Family Committee is of great significance for establishing the cooperative mechanism of school, family and social education and improving parents' educational attainment and family education level.

本学期，学校在坚守国家教育的基础上，融合国际课程的优质元素，引进IB国际课程理念和剑桥课程体系，致力于将学校打造成为具国际化特色、英语特色、小班化特色和体艺特色的国际化学校。同时，学校组织开展了一系列丰富多彩的UOI超学科探究活动和PBL跨学科探究活动，开展了30多项CAS活动，全体学子们在全球青少年袋鼠数学竞赛上、首届初三毕业生在罗湖区两次的调考中均取得了优异成绩和显著进步，学子们无论是在教室、在运动场、在舞台、在外出探究活动中，都能充分体验到精神成长的自信与快乐，生命历练的收获与成功，从容、自信、精彩的展示给大家留下了美好的记忆。

王校长表示，下学期，学校将在坚守国家课程的基础上，坚定不移地实施IB国际课程和剑桥课程体系，在暑假期间对全体教师进行IB国际课程培训，提前拟定IB课程的实施方案。同时，聘请优质的外教，成立专业的外教管理团队，聘请专门的外教管理人员，制定完善的外教管理制度，落实外教课程实施常规管理和外教课程的评价体系。目前，学校已经拟定了4套外教相关的管理制度。此外，学校将对英语的中外教材进行二度开发、有机整合，发挥中外教合作上课优势，夯实学生英语基础，强化口语训练，提升单元主题探究学习。

In the next semester, on the basis of adhering to the national curriculum, the school will unswervingly implement IB international curriculum and Cambridge curriculum system.

在硬件设施转型升级方面，金安教育集团加大投入，斥资1.5亿建设华美二期，让师生享有多功能报告厅、国际交流中心、健身娱乐中心、教育科研中心、自助餐厅、西餐厅、室内恒温游泳馆，现代化室内高尔夫、网球场等。

In terms of hardware facilities transformation and upgrading, Jin 'an Education Group will increase its investment and spend 150 million yuan to build Huamei Phase II.

王校长称，学校秉承“根深中华，美绽世界”的办学理念，努力践行“和美教育”的办学思想，华美学生一定会绽放出不一样的精彩。“我相信，我们的愿望和家委们是一致的，我们的目标也是统一的，愿我们携手共进，密切合作，共同努力，把我们的孩子，我心中的宝贝，培养成中国魂的世界公民，国际化的全球精英。为将来升学、就业，乃至整个人生的发展打下坚实的基础。我期待，我们的孩子栖息在梧桐，翱翔在天空，大家一起共筑爱的家园，共建美好的明天。”

颁奖仪式上，金安教育集团领导、华美外国语学校行政领导为家委代表颁发“优秀家委委员”荣誉证书，感谢家委们对学校工作的支持与配合、努力与付出，也激励了家委及更多的家长今后更好地承担起家校沟通、助力学校发展的责任和使命。

学校家委会主席珞瑜女士代表家委们上台发言，她表示，家长们的共同目标，都是为了自己的孩子能更好地成长，接受好的教育。作为家长，既然选择了学校，就应该相信学校、支持学校，为学校积极建言，产生正面影响，共同为孩子的学习成长提供最真实有效的帮助；作为家长，也应加强学习，与学校一同构建起学习者社区，履行家长的职责。

她表示，每次学校大型活动，作为家委主席的她都需要给家委们发起通知，点对点的沟通，即使家长们很忙，住得非常远，依旧义不容辞地参与进来。对此，她非常感谢各位家长们对学校、对孩子的支持与付出。作为和学校领导、老师沟通频繁的她，经常能看到领导、老师们加班的身影，非常辛苦，为此，她感谢学校的付出和所做的工作。她希望学校能按照谋划的蓝图坚定不移地落地实施，期待华美越来越好。
