over the moon的真正意思是：非常高兴，欣喜若狂。生活中无论遇到什么好事：考试通过、升职加薪、结婚生子、比赛胜利...都可以说“I'm over the moon”

例：

She's over the moon about her new baby.

她生了个小宝宝，真是高兴极了。
