一直以来小双和惟达都喜欢翻译一些好听的英语老歌，并整合学习点与大众分享，并希望让大家可以在欣赏好歌的同时，英语也能有所得着。原因是：学习一种语言，必须有一个环境能让你长时间浸淫其中，而听唱英文歌可以让你在任何时间、场地都可以进行，走在路上、在交通车上、在淋浴时、弄饭时等，都可以听歌和跟着唱--- 这就是一个学习、练习语言最好的环境！！经过长时间的浸淫后，在听和讲的能力上都会有提升。然后在听到一首新英语歌时，很自然也就能听到歌词的内容。

巫启贤原是新加坡歌手，1988年以一首《你是我的唯一》打进台湾歌坛，1994年的《太傻》是他的成名代表作。这首歌由巫启贤谱曲，有粤语和普通话版本，粤语版由刘卓辉填词，而普通话版是由陈佳明填词。这首歌在1994年获得了南京电台DJ票选最佳创作歌手奖、最佳金曲奖。

1. Silly--- (adj.) 傻的、愚蠢的、无聊的、无意义的。由多个同义词：Foolish，Stupid

2. ThoughtThrough --- Thought （想、思考）是Think (v) 的过去式，大家要注意，这两个字的拚法很接近，但是读起来差别很大。Through (adv.) 透过、通过、彻底。

3. Allover the place --- 到处都是（有乱糟糟的含义）

4. Persist--- (v) 坚持。同义词： Insist， Persevere
