考点突破

可数名词有单数和复数两种形式。可数名词由单数变复数形式分为规则变化和不规则变化。其具体变化如下：

【注意】

•German的复数形式不是Germen,应该为Germans。

•"the 姓氏＋s"表示一家人或夫妇二人，作主语时，谓语动词用复数形式。例：

The Smiths are having dinner at home now.史密斯一家正在家吃晚饭。

•people作 "人、人们"解时，用作复数形式，作主语时，谓语动词用单数形式。

•one of 名词的复数形式，表示"……其中之一"，作主语时，谓语动词用单数形式。

不可数名词就是无法或不可能用数目来计算的名词。不可数名词没有复数形式，也不可以用a或an或数词直接修饰。

【注意】

•经常考到的不可数名词有food, weather, news, advice, information, work,paper，homework等。•room作"空间"解时，用作不可数名词。

•在由what构成的感叹句"what a/an adj n！"结构中，如果后面的名词时不可数名词，则不需加冠词a/an.例：
