外国催人泪下的电影（那些美炸天的中文影片译名背后）

中文电影每次走上国际的时候，片名的翻译有时候让人看得尽显尴尬，但是也不乏许多令人拍案叫绝的译法~甚至有些译名更是超越了源语名。透过字面，这些美炸天的译名背后又有哪些你没注意到的细节呢？

• 东邪西毒 Ashes of Time

字面意思“时间的灰烬”

Ashes of Time is a 1994 Hong Kong film written and directed by Wong Kar-wai, and inspired by charactersfromJin Yong's novels.The Legend of the Condor HeroeThe movie takes liberty withevents that took place before the beginning of the story in Yong's novel and sometimes completely flips the intended meaning from the novel.(wikipedia)

《东邪西毒》是王家卫在1994年编剧导演的影片，其灵感来源于金庸小说《射雕英雄传》中的人物，但是又是将金书故事之前的事情进行了大肆的创作，有些甚至完全颠覆了原著原本的内涵意义。

黄沙大漠，侠骨柔情，故事依旧缠绵，恩怨情仇却终成灰，看过的宝宝你说！是不是和我一样觉得Ashes of Time这个译名超贴切！

• 阿飞正传 Days of Being Wild

不得不说王家卫电影的译名真的很美，和电影一样的美。阿飞和“没有脚的鸟”和 “wild”悄然地联系在一起。

看到days of…这种译法总觉得会是《阳光灿烂的日子》这样的影片的译名才对，可是！人家却有更高级的打开方式：In the Heat of the Sun,仿佛是将片中少年懵懂的欲望炙烤的更加火热。

• 花样年华 In the Mood for Love

字面意思“沉浸在爱的心境中”，和电影中那种暧昧感再贴切不过了。

In the mood for有心情做某事…

e.g.- Would you like to go shopping with me this weekend?

- Oh, I’m not in the mood forthat. I screwed up my thesis proposal presentation,and I really need to exert myself on it.

-这周末去逛街吗？

-我没那心情啊，我搞砸了我开题报告陈述，我必须得多花点时间在这上面了。

• 春光乍泄 Happy Together

片名浅显直白，但是《春光乍泄》是讲同性之恋，那我们所熟知的gay一词在其具备“同性恋者”这一词义之前就有快乐的意思哦。

• 十面埋伏 House of Flying Daggers

The title House of Flying Daggers is translated from “飞刀门” in the movie, and another title “shimian mai fu” is aslo acceptable to foreign audience. The famous Chinese classical piece “shi mian mai fu” written for the pipa is translated into Ambush from Ten Sides.

这一译法是根据片中的“飞刀门”而译的，个人感觉略微少了点紧张感，而著名的同名琵琶曲的翻译则是简单粗暴呢：Ambush fromTen Sides

• 霸王别姬 Farewell My Concubine /'kɑŋkjubaɪn/

A more literal translation of the Chinese title for the Peking Opera is The Hegemon/'hedʒəmɔn/-Kingbids his concubine farewell

Comrade: a friend, especially someone who shares difficult work or danger

中文名甜蜜蜜，英文译名却像是一个“恋人未满”的故事，还好结局是甜的。

• 七月与安生 Soulmate

其实这个电影让我想起了Hilary and Jackie(《她比烟花寂寞》)和Thelma and Louise(《末路狂花》)，中文译名很美，英文原名很直白，若是《七月与安生》也简单的以名字英译Qiyue and Ansheng，个人也觉得是很合适。

同类型的话，我也很喜欢《志明与春娇》的译名：Love in a Puff，不单单是听上去很可爱，而且puff不是指你吃的“泡芙”哦。

e.g. Don’t puffsmoke into my face.

别朝我脸上吐烟。

e.g. I tookjusta puff on the cigarette and started coughing.
