外国人居留许可申请条件（上海哪些外国人可以申请5年居留许可）

Foreigners who meet one of the following conditions may apply for a five-year residence permit:

符合下列条件之一的外国人，可申请办理五年期居留证件：

1. Those who have won the "honorary citizen" or "Magnolia honorary award" or "Magnolia Memorial Award" of Shanghai

1.获得上海市“荣誉市民”，或“白玉兰荣誉奖”，或“白玉兰纪念奖”的人员；

2. Legal representative, general manager, deputy general manager and chief financial officer of high-tech enterprises, encouraged foreign-invested enterprises, foreign-invested advanced technology enterprises or foreign-invested product export enterprises;

2.高新技术企业、鼓励类外商投资企业、外商投资先进技术企业或者外商投资产品出口企业的法定代表人、总经理、副总经理、财务总监；

3. Legal representative, general manager, deputy general manager and chief financial officer of Multinational Corporation Shanghai regional headquarters (or headquarters type institution), R & D center and investment company;

3.跨国公司上海地区总部（或总部型机构）、研发中心、投资性公司的法定代表人，总经理、副总经理、财务总监；

4. Foreign experts and scholars invited by domestic key institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutes and well-known enterprises;

4.国内重点高等院校、科研院所和知名企业邀请的外国专家学者；

5. Foreign high-level management and professional and technical personnel recognized by Shanghai talent competent department and science and technology innovation competent department

5.上海人才主管部门、科技创新主管部门认定的外籍高层次管理和专业技术人才；

6. Foreign members of innovation and entrepreneurship teams introduced in key domestic development fields and industries;

6.国内重点发展领域、行业引进的创新创业团队外籍成员；

7. Foreign members of the working team led by foreigners with significant and outstanding contributions and special needs of the country;

7.由有重大突出贡献以及国家特别需要的外国人带领的工作团队外籍成员；

8. Foreign high-end technical personnel with a term of five years

8.任期为五年的外籍高端技术人才；

The legal representative, general manager, deputy general manager and chief financial officer of an enterprise with a registered capital of more than US $3 million;

9.注册资金在300万美元以上企业的法定代表人、总经理、副总经理、财务总监；

10. Applying for the working residence certificate for more than one year (including) in Shanghai for two consecutive times without any violation of laws and regulations;

10.在沪连续两次申请办理1年(含）以上工作类居留证件且无违法违规问题的；

11. Overseas Chinese working in Shanghai;

11.在上海工作的外籍华人；

12. Personnel holding class a alien work permit with a validity of 5 years;

12.持有效期5年A类《外国人工作许可证》的人员；

13. Holders of class L Shanghai residence permit B card with validity of more than 5 years (including 5 years)

13.持有效期5年以上（含5年）L类《上海市居住证》B卡的人员；

14. Legal representative of private enterprise headquarters, general manager, deputy general manager and chief financial officer

14.民营企业总部的法定代表人，总经理、副总经理、财务总监。

15. Personnel working in the new port area of Shanghai Free Trade Zone

15.在上海自贸区临港新片区工作的人员。
