一、新建了PowerPoint文件并打开后，添加第一张幻灯片，为避免以后排版出现问题，我们此时点击“设计”选项卡，选择一个合适的主题，当然，也可以使用自己的主题；

1. After creating a new PowerPoint file and opening it, add the first slide. In order to avoid future layout problems, we click on the "Design" tab at this time to select a suitable theme. Of course, you can also use your own theme;

二、之后我们可以选定我们需要的幻灯片板式，如只有标题、标题和正文等板式，此处选择了板式，更易于我们的排版；

三、在添加多张幻灯片后，为便于我们对不同的部分进行管理和操作，我们可以把相同部分的幻灯片归纳到一节中。首先选中幻灯片（前后在一起的幻灯片），在“开始”选项卡下点击“节”，并点击“新增节”，此时选中的幻灯片便分配到一个节中；

四、在完成相应的幻灯片制作后，我们可以在“幻灯片放映”选项卡下自定义放映模式，比如我们可以只放映其中的几张，这样可以把不同的幻灯片做在同一个文件里，又不影响放映；

五、如果我们想把Word文档转化为PPT，那么就可以先把Word文档的大纲保存，在“新建幻灯片”里选择“从大纲导入”即可；

六、如果我们想把PPT转化成视频（每张幻灯片放映固定时间），那我们在导出文件时选择创建视频，并设置每张幻灯片的时长即可。
