Coke is one of the most popular drinks in the world. A lot of people enjoy drinking it. But now people begin to believe that is not a good drink for health. There is lots of sugar in the coke. Eating much sugar is bad for people's health. And it also has some caffeine in it. The caffeine can get people into the habit of drinking More coke when they feel excited. If they e don't drink coke they will feel bad. And the worse thing is that some people can't work or study without drinking several cups of coke every day.

More and more people want to cut down the coke they drink and ask for help from the doctors. If you like drinking coke very much I think you must have the cook habit. In fact coker is a kind of junk drink. Drink more fruit and vegetable juice and less coke is better for your health.
