The Yellow River provides fertile soil for farming, and agriculture created the Yellow Emperor Culture. This is where the earliest China began. He Tu Luo Shu (He refers to the Yellow River, and Luo refers to Luoshui, today's Beiluo River) is the origin of Chinese Civilization. In the Yellow River Basin, the Xia (about 2070 B.C.–1600 B.C.) and Shang (about 1600 B.C.–1046 B.C.) Dynasties were built. Zhengzhou, Luoyang, and Kaifeng were also established here. In these three cities, we can fully understand the essence of the Yellow River Culture and clearly know how the Huaxia Civilization originated, developed, and is carried forward here.

黄河孕育了农业，农业产生了黄帝文化，进而有了最早的国家，并产生了河图洛书的中华原典思想，乃至于有了夏、商等朝代和郑州、洛阳、开封等城市。在郑汴洛三城，可以领略黄河文化的核心，可以感受中华文明的根源和连续，可以遇见“早期中国”。

On April 1^st, the China (Zhengzhou) Yellow River Culture Month activities were announced. From April 13^thto May 8^th, let's get together in Zhengzhou to have a date with early China.

4月13日19:30将在郑州大剧院举办，由2021年河南春晚总导演陈雷策划，全面展示辉煌灿烂、绵延不息的黄河文化。

Ancestor Worship Ceremony in the Hometown of the Yellow Emperor

辛丑年黄帝故里拜祖大典

This year, the Ancestor Worship Ceremony is scheduled to be held on April 14^th(the 3^rdday of the 3^rdlunar month) in the hometown of the Yellow Emperor. With the theme of "same root, same ancestor and same blood; peace, friendship and harmony", it aims to create a platform for all Chinese people around the world to worship the ancestor and build a spiritual home for the whole Chinese nation.

4月14日（农历三月三）在郑州新郑市举办，以“同根同祖同源，和平和睦和谐”为主题，打造“世界华人拜祖圣地、中华民族精神家园”。

From April 16^thto April 30^th, the "Three Cities, Three Hundred Miles, and Three Thousand Years" Cultural Tourism Activities will be held in Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, and Luoyang to showcase the brilliant Central Plains Culture represented by the three cities. During these activities, famous celebrities and experts will introduce Zhengzhou–Kaifeng–Luoyang cultural tourism routes on live-streaming platforms.

4月16日～30日，在郑州、开封、洛阳三地举办，名人名家直播推介郑汴洛精品主题文化旅游线路，展示以郑汴洛“三座城三百里三千年”为代表的中原文化。

The Yellow River Basin Fine Stage Art Performing Season

黄河流域舞台艺术精品演出季

From April 13^thto May 4^th, nine "Yellow River Culture" themed stage art performances from nine provinces and autonomous regions along the Yellow River will be staged in the Zhengzhou Grand Theater and the Henan Art Center Grand Theater to showcase the charm of Yellow River Culture.

4月13日～5月4日，沿黄九省（区）以黄河文化为主题的9台精品舞台剧目在郑州大剧院、河南艺术中心大剧院等场地展演，集中展现黄河文化魅力。

International Mayor's Forum on Tourism — Zhengzhou, China

From April 20^thto April 23^rd, the International Mayor's Forum on Tourism will kick off in Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. It is the seventh one to be held since 2008. Hundreds of mayors of international tourism cities have gathered in Zhengzhou to seek common development of tourism.
