李晓,河北辛集人,西北农林科技大学副教授、博导,猪业 人造肉专家。

一、研究方向

  优良猪肉品质形成的生理学和遗传学基础;新型猪生长调节剂的研发和推广;细胞培养肉流程的设计和优化;特色品种遗传多样性调查。

二、教授课程

  动物细胞生物学的教学与科研工作,参与细胞生物学精品课程和双语课程的建设。
